My Therapeutic Approach
Every therapeutic journey is unique. As an Integrative Psychotherapist, I tailor my approach to your specific needs and goals. I draw on a range of evidence-based therapies and emerging research to focus on your individual needs and goals.
At the heart of my practice is a safe, non-judgmental space where we can explore what brings you to therapy. Together, we'll work collaboratively to foster your growth and development.
I believe a supportive therapeutic relationship can deepen your self-understanding, revealing how past experiences may be influencing your present. This insight can empower you to make positive changes.
I offer a relational approach, focusing on your unique experience and fostering a sense of connection. I believe our early relationships shape our sense of self and how we navigate relationships in our lives.
My therapeutic approach is informed by Jungian depth psychology, focusing on self-discovery through exploring the unconscious and spiritual dimensions of human experience, particularly through working with dreams. I've studied at leading Jungian institutions in the UK and the USA.
I also draw on my 25-year yoga practice, recognising the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. Like psychotherapy, yoga emphasises self-awareness, which fosters healthier relationships with oneself and others.
